I am a big fan of chat sup­port. I don’t have to drain my bat­tery wait­ing on hold until its my turn in the queue. Plus when deal­ing with error mes­sages its infi­nitely more help­ful to be able to copy/paste to the agent. Sadly find­ing com­pe­tent help is still an issue. Here is an excerpt

One liners: a tip

Have you ever started writ­ing a one-liner and half way in real­ized it was a bit more com­plex than you first thought? If your shell is bash, next time that hap­pens try ctrl-x ctrl-e. It will take your cur­rent line and stuff it into the your default edi­tor (export EDITOR=vim).
